Located in Fuentenebro, this winery is 1076 meters above sea level, where the extreme climate and the extraordinary biodiversity of the environment influence every stage of the vinification process. The vineyards of Milsetentayseis are the heart of its production, with viticulture oriented towards quality and long-term sustainability. With more than ten years of experience working in the region, the winery has committed to developing a project that highlights the uniqueness of the Fuentenebro terroir. The production of Milsetentayseis wines is based on a philosophy of respect for the environment and the maximum expression of the terroir. Each plot is vinified separately, using microvinification techniques and spontaneous fermentations to capture the essence of each small plot. The mineral richness of the soils, composed of quartz, feldspar and mica, is reflected in the unique identity of each bottle of Milsetentayseis. Milsetentayseis Tinto is the result of this meticulous work, a wine that embodies authenticity and passion for the vineyard. The project of identification and recovery of varieties has led to the discovery of up to twenty-six different categories in just a few plots, thus preserving the varietal richness of this unique region in the Ribera del Duero.
