At Còsmic Vinyaters, viticulture is an expression of values rooted in the land and the human spirit. With vineyards scattered between Agullana, Capmany, La Vajol in the Alt Empordà, and Rodonyà and the Sierra de Montmell in the Baix Penedès, this Catalan winery pays tribute to the diversity and authenticity of the Catalan geography. They grow native varieties from l'Empordà and Penedès, along with some foreign varieties adapted to the terroir, in a total of 9.5 hectares of vineyards worked in an ecological and biodynamic way. Còsmic Vinyaters' approach focuses on the integrity and purity of the wine, with energetic cleansing techniques, sacred geometry and sound vibrations, the winery seeks to harmonize the production process with the natural environment and the spirit of the winegrower.
