Corpinnat sparkling wines are a collective brand that represents a philosophy of production and commitment to quality and sustainability of the territory. Producers belonging to this brand, such as Gramona, Llopart, Recaredo, Torelló and Paradas, make high-quality sparkling wines using hand-picked organic grapes that are vinified entirely on their property.
The grape varieties accepted to produce Corpinnat sparkling wines are mainly Xarel lo, Macabeu and Parellada, although other varieties such as Malvasía, Monastrell, Garnacha and Sumoll can also be used, and to a lesser extent Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Trepat. Corpinnat sparkling wines are aged in the bottle for more than 18 months, which gives them a fine, complex bubble that is well integrated into the wine, as well as greater complexity and creaminess.
As for the types of sparkling wines that we can find in the Corpinnat brand, these vary depending on the grams of sugar per liter they contain. Thus, we can find Brut Nature, Extra Brut, Extra-Dry, Dry, Semi-Dry or Sweet sparkling wines.
