Celler Vall Llach

The maximum of Celler Vall Llach is rigor, quality and territory. Founded in the 90s by Enric Costa and Lluís Llach, they bet on a "controlled microproduction" of their vineyards.

The wines are made from two different vines: old vines or "trosssos" and new vines. The first ones are centenary vineyards where an exclusive must is obtained and where the work done manually is reflected. Their obsession with quality does that, has reduced the productivity of their old vines between 180 and 300 grams. The young vines are complemented by the old vines, both for the production and for the variety of the grape
