The Ratafia from the Quevall Licors artesans house is a variety of ratafia produced in Llançà, a small town in the Alt Empordà.
The Quevall house makes artisan liqueurs of the best quality, 100% natural and local, without essences, aromas, or colourings, only using plants, fruits, herbs, roots, and leaves.
Some of the fruits and herbs are grown by themselves in the Llançà area, such as lemons, oranges, or chamomile.
For the rest, they are in permanent contact with peasants from all over the country. For example, green walnuts are harvested in Abella de la Cona (Pallars Jussà), quinces in Corbí (Lleida), raspberries in Sant Pol de Mar (Maresme), apples are bought in Castelló d'Empúries (Empordà) and peaches in a cooperative in Lleida.

Ratafia Quevall Clandestina de la República de Catalunya: In this case, the Clandestine ratafia is made from the maceration of green walnuts and aromatic plants such as chamomile and poniol.
