The Aberlour 12 Year Old Whiskey is a single malt Scotch whiskey that is produced at the Aberlour distillery located in the heart of the Speyside region of Scotland. Founded in 1826, it has become a distillery renowned for producing high-quality single malt whiskeys.
The 12-year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp and citrusy character of Aberlour's new distillate is skilfully softened by double barrel maturation.
Traditional oak and seasoned sherry butts are used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits they contain combine to deliver a subtly balanced flavor.
The Speyside region is mainly known for being one of the main centers of whiskey production in the country. It is famous for being home to a large concentration of single malt Scotch whiskey distilleries, many of which are known throughout the world. - Aberlour Destillery Company

Tast note
Golden amber color with ruby touches.
On the nose it contains a soft, rounded aroma with fruity notes.
On the palate it is warm, persistent and with a fine Sherried character.
The finish is sweet and spicy.
