The Auchentoshan 18 Years is a single malt whiskey from the Lowlands region, Scotland, made using the triple distillation process and aged in exbourbon American oak barrels for 18 years.
The Lowlands region is known for producing whiskeys that are generally lighter and smoother compared to those of other Scottish regions. Tast note
Gold in color.
The nose contains aromas of chocolate milk, charred wood, cardamom, nutmeg and nougat.
In the mouth we note vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted walnuts and orange marmalade.
The finish is medium long.
